Conflict Resolution: Explores the necessary components in communication and planning to effectively handle conflicts and solve problems as they arise in the work environment. This series assists participants in identifying and developing the skills necessary to avoid counterproductive misunderstandings and to resolve existing conflicts.

Leadership Coaching/Training: Utilizing the 360 Degree Leadership Assessment System (DLAS,) management skills are strengthened in areas such as team building, managing through leadership, supervision, performance appraisals, interviewing techniques, coaching, effective communication skills with an emphasis on listening skills, relationship development, etc. This series focuses on leadership development in areas of strategic planning, SWOT analysis, interdepartmental cohesion and collaboration, building morale and motivation, and communicating with staff for quality results.
Public Speaking & Communication Coaching: Assists individuals with the necessary skills needed to speak in front of small and large groups.
Skills Development in Coaching and Managing an Intergenerational Staff: Reviews the necessary skills and methods of effectively communicating across generational lines in the workplace.
